At Wandler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of the delivery date.
Request a Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to maintain the product's condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
